Dive Insight:
Popular items like Beaver Nuggets, beef jerky and branded merchandise will be available at Texas A&M’s Aggie Express Commons, Aggie Express Hullabaloo and Creekside Market, according to the announcement.
“This one-of-a-kind partnership offers students, faculty, staff and visitors a taste of Buc-ee’s without ever leaving campus,” the university noted in its announcement.
Choosing Texas A&M aligns with the larger-than-life Texas-based c-store brand and history. Buc-ee’s currently has 36 locations in its home state of Texas, and founder and CEO Arch “Beaver” Aplin III graduated from the university in 1980.
“As an Aggie, it’s incredibly special to bring Buc-ee’s to the heart of the campus,” said Aplin. “We’re thrilled to share a little piece of Buc-ee’s with the Aggie Family every day.”
