- Quorso said its solutions connect siloed operations into one action-focused platform that aims to improve store performance.
Dive Insight:
The news of this Quorso partnership comes as Circle K continues to focus more on boosting its foodservice program — an endeavor that can be quite labor-intensive.
With the technology, Circle K can gather insights from multiple existing technologies in one place and collate those insights, helping to improve operations at the store level. One of the features of Quorso’s platform includes generating “missions” for each store based on the data it receives about those locations.
“This powerful tool is helping our store managers save time, act on data-driven insights, and identify opportunities that make the biggest difference for our customers and our business,” said Hélène Drolet, vice president of operational excellence for North America at Circle K.
Representatives from Quorso and Circle K could not be reached by press time to provide more details about the timing of the pilot or broader rollout. In the announcement, Quorso CEO Julian Mills said the technology would “soon be live in over 12,000 Circle K stores across the world.”
Along with this technology update and the aforementioned foodservice improvements, Circle K has also expanded its supply chain through a partnership with McLane.
