H&S Energy Group has named Fidaa Mohrez vice president of operations, the company said in a LinkedIn post on Monday.
Mohrez has held a variety of operations-focused roles at H&S for nearly a decade, according to his LinkedIn profile. After a couple years as an accounts payable manager, he stepped into the operations manager role in April 2019, moving up to director of operational systems in 2023 and then senior director of operational systems in 2024 before this latest promotion.
“Fidda has been an outstanding leader and a trusted part of our team, and we know he’s going to knock it out of the park in this new position,” H&S said in its LinkedIn post.
This is the second major leadership move at H&S in the past few weeks, alongside the departure of the company’s longtime CFO, Moe Haris.
H&S has had a busy last few years. After acquiring Andretti Petroleum in March 2024, the retailer roughly doubled in size. The company has spent its time since then not only integrating the new sites but also upgrading its technology, including adding digital shelf labels, integrating temperature monitoring and expanding delivery through Vroom.
One area of focus for Mohrez has been inventory management — a topic he spoke about at the 2025 NACS Show. He mentioned in that discussion that since delivery can cause operational complexities, making sure the online menu is reflective of what’s in stock at any given time is key.
