Rhodes Convenience Stores named Robert Cisneros as its chief operating officer, according to a company announcement last week. He began the job in July, according to his LinkedIn profile.

In this role, Cisneros will oversee operations at the retailer’s more than 30 stores in southeast Missouri, southern Illinois and western Kentucky.
“His focus will include scaling operational capabilities, advancing fuel and retail performance, elevating customer experience, strengthening leadership development across the organization, and leading the company’s long-term growth strategy,” according to the announcement.
Cisneros joins Rhodes after more than 29 years with consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble, according to his LinkedIn bio. After starting out in a series of operations roles, he took increasing leadership responsibilities, including operations manager for the company’s papermaking process and senior director of global innovation for the family care division.
Most recently, he was plant manager of a Family Care facility in Missouri, where he oversaw more than 600 employees, “delivering industry-leading results in safety performance, product quality, and cost efficiency” according to his LinkedIn page.
“We are thrilled to welcome Robert to our leadership team,” Brent Anderson, president of Rhodes Convenience Stores, said in a statement. “Robert’s depth of experience, people-first leadership style, and ability to connect strategy with disciplined execution make him an outstanding fit as we accelerate growth and strengthen our guest experience.”
