Dive Insight:
McLane360 gives convenience retailers a broader view of their operations through both an online hub as well as a new mobile app. McLane, whose supply chain solutions and technology services are widely used across the c-store industry, debuted the new platform at its annual tradeshow last week in Grapevine, Texas.
Besides McLane360, the company also unveiled several new foodservice products across multiple categories at the show, including additions to its lines of pizza, roller grill and grab-and-go lines.
"McLane Engage is about moving our industry forward, and this year we put new, innovative tools into our partners’ hands," said Vito Maurici, chief customer experience officer for McLane.
McLane continues to make changes to its leadership, products and services. In 2023, the company debuted McLane Fresh, an expanded retail foodservice program created to meet consumers’ growing expectations for healthy, quality food at convenience stores. After that, McLane rolled out a commissary program for its Central Eats grab-and-go line.
Earlier in 2026, the company named Farley Kaiser as its new vice president of retail foodservice. In that role, she leads the strategy, growth and execution of the distributor’s retail foodservice and private label programs.
