Dive Insight:
Parker’s has made a few high-impact changes within its leadership ranks since the start of the year. In January, the company revealed that Hofmann, who had been president since 2021, would replace founder and then-CEO Greg Parker at some point in 2025. That shift commenced in March, with Hofmann officially becoming the second CEO in Parker’s history. At the same time, Rudolfs replaced Hofmann as president and was also named CFO.
In Friday’s announcement, Greg Parker — who became executive chairman in March — said promoting Rudolfs to co-CEO aims to help Parker’s “work even more collaboratively.”
Prior to joining Parker’s, Rudolfs was chief development officer for MAPCO and EVP at Murphy USA.

“Together, Brandon and John will be focused on ensuring excellence in everything we do, from award-winning foodservice to outstanding customer service,” Parker said. “I look forward to seeing the impressive results that will come from this extraordinary leadership model.”
John Rhine will replace Rudolfs as CFO, according to the announcement. Rhine joined Parker’s in 2020 as a financial planning analyst and helped secure the $1 billion loan the retailer has used to finance its current growth plans. Before joining Parkland, Rhine was a financial analyst for aviation company Gulfstream Aerospace and accounting firm Hancock Askew & Co., according to his LinkedIn bio.
