7-Eleven has been vocal about its plan to improve its foodservice reputation in North America. This has included opening more proprietary QSRs and accelerating its rollout of larger, food-focused c-stores.
The latest update to draw attention is a new pizza crust that rolled out nationwide in recent weeks. The new crust has a crispy, bubbly exterior and a light, airy interior, the retailer said.
But the pizza crust isn’t 7-Eleven’s only recent foodservice update. Below are three other changes and new offerings the retailer has rolled out.
LTOs hit the stores
A variety of seasonal options are joining 7-Eleven’s coffee lineup.
Pumpkin spice season returns with two new options: a hot pumpkin cappuccino and a pumpkin brulee iced cold brew latte. Both employ flavors of pumpkin and a fall-inspired spice mix.
In the cooler area, customers can also find a bottled 7-Select pumpkin spice iced cappuccino.
The retailer has also added the Midnight in Dubai cookie to its baked goods lineup. Tapping into the Dubai chocolate trend, the cookie features pistachio cream filling, dark chocolate and a crispy kadayif topping.
The retailer is also bringing back its Mountain Dew Slurpee for a limited time in connection with its Bring Your Own Cup Day on Sept. 19.
Increased foodservice personalization
7-Eleven also introduced the BiG Flavor Bar — a lineup of garnishes, toppings and sauces customers can use to customize their food.

As part of the initiative, 7-Eleven rolled out seven new proprietary sauces: That Sticky Heat, a spicy teriyaki; It's Cheesy AF, a garlic parmesan; Honey, Please, a honey mustard; Sweet Like That, a honey garlic; Sweet, Heat, Repeat, a sweet chili; Ranch All Day buttermilk ranch; and Bring The Smoke black pepper BBQ.
Beyond the new sauces, 7-Eleven did not release a full list of condiments that will be part of the condiment bar. But the retailer shared on its website a “secret menu” of ways to dress up staples like pizza, hot dogs and tater tots. Those recipes suggest the bar will also include toppings like crispy onions, jalapenos, crispy garlic and Frank’s Red Hot sauce.
Star-powered partnership
Finally, the retailer expanded its coffee offering with options from Hanks For Our Troops, a coffee company founded by actor Tom Hanks.
The lineup includes Hanks Pumpkin Brulee coffee, which pairs pumpkin flavor with a hint of toasted vanilla.
Hanks’ Chocolate Turtle flavor can be purchased as coffee pods or 12-ounce ground bean bags at participating locations. This variety blends chocolate with hints of caramel and toasted nuts.
This isn’t the first time 7-Eleven has partnered with a celebrity to boost its beverage selection. The company has also partnered with rock band Green Day on a Slurpee flavor and multiple coffee varieties.
