Iris Singhania, vice president of global data, analytics and artificial intelligence for Alimentation Couche-Tard, has resigned from the convenience retailer, Singhania announced on LinkedIn last week.
“I am profoundly grateful for this experience, and most of all, for the people,” she said in her announcement. “The passion, resilience, collaboration, and willingness to embrace change across teams made it deeply rewarding. I've appreciated being part of the Circle K culture that values trust, candor, partnership, and winning together.”
Singhania joined Couche-Tard in January 2025, according to her LinkedIn bio. She led Couche-Tard’s overall data strategy and execution, which included data governance and management, data analytics and insights, and data science. She also managed large-scale projects around data exploration, modeling, performance evaluation and testing.
Much of Singhania’s work with data and analytics was tied to Couche-Tard’s goals in foodservice and merchandising, customer loyalty, fuel pricing and real estate, according to her LinkedIn bio, which states she is now VP of advanced AI for Target.
“This decision didn't come lightly, but I'm energized by what's ahead — the opportunity to continue building, activating, and scaling AI across the enterprise,” Singhania said.
Prior to joining Couche-Tard, Singhania held data and analytics-focused leadership roles with several retail companies, including Macy’s, Home Depot, Target and intelligent power management firm Eaton.
Representatives from Couche-Tard did not respond by press time when asked who will be taking over Singhania’s duties. It’s also unclear how her departure will impact Couche-Tard’s data, analytics and AI teams, which includes a council dedicated to innovation in this area.
