7-Eleven has been busy on the foodservice front in recent weeks. The retailer introduced a new pizza crust, added an array of sauces, condiments and other customization options, rolled out fall LTOs and announced a partnership with Hanks For Our Troops, a coffee company founded by actor Tom Hanks.
But 7-Eleven wasn’t alone in making big foodservice moves. Below are several other recent foodservice announcements from across the convenience retail space.
Sheetz hopes for viral moment with TV host collab
Sheetz is working with TV host and food personality Adam Richman on “Fuel Stop Feast,” a miniseries in which two chefs compete to create new meals from Sheetz menu items.
The YouTube series pits chefs Christian Alquiza and Ian Fujimoto against each other in a series of food battles hosted by Richman and centered around three dayparts. The episodes introduce three limited-time menu items: The Lumberjack Breakfast Sandwich, which loads sausage, bacon, eggs and a honey bun between waffles; The Pizza Bagel Bunz Burger, a hamburger with pizza bagels in place of buns; and Tater Bomb Nachos, loaded tater bombs topped with chicken strips, peppers, onions, nacho cheese and jalapeño potato chips.
Sheetz also revealed its fall seasonal menu additions, including hot and cold beverages as well as snacks.
The retailer introduced three new milkshakes: pumpkin pie, made with vanilla ice cream, dulce and pumpkin pie spices; pumpkin cheezecake, made with vanilla ice cream, Philadelphia cream cheese cheesecake filling, pumpkin pie spices, whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs; and cereal chiller, made with vanilla ice cream and fruity breakfast cereal.

Sheetz added three new options to its coffee bar: pumpkin chai, a blend of pumpkin, caramel and chai spices available in hot, iced and frozen varieties; pumpkin cold foam, with pumpkin flavor and a hint of caramel; and pumpkin sh’pice canned iced coffee, with pumpkin and seasonal spice flavors.
On the snack side, the retailer brought back pumpkin donut holes and apple fritters, and introduced the Gimme Sh’more snack tray, which includes marshmallow fluff topped with chocolate chips and graham sticks for dipping; sh’pice cookies, with molasses flavoring; and a blueberry açaí smoothie cup, which blends dragonfruit, açaí, blueberries, vanilla Greek yogurt and chia pudding.
RoadDog adds barbecue program
RoadDog Convenience Stores unveiled its Roadie’s Grub ’N Go barbecue program Aug. 31 at a Dayton-area store.
The Ohio-based retailer already offered a fresh food menu that included sandwiches, pizza and fried chicken, but Roadie’s brings brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken wings and sides like hush puppies and baked beans into the mix.
The program is currently only available at one location, but if it is well received, may expand to more of the company’s 12 locations.
Hop Shops adds proprietary pizza
Hop Shops, the 15-site c-store chain owned by Valor Oil, has developed a proprietary pizza program called Disco Dough Pizza Company.
The centerpiece is a 16-inch pizza, which can be purchased whole or by the slice, with each slice being a quarter of the entire pie. Customers can also order 14-inch thin crust pizzas, available only as whole pies.
Initial varieties include cheese, pepperoni, sausage, meatball and breakfast pizzas.

UDF partners with local snack maker on limited-time ice cream
United Dairy Farmers teamed up with fellow Cincinnati brand Grippo Foods to launch a new flavor of UDF’s Homemade Brand ice cream line.
The flavor, Fun Food Crunch, pays tribute to Grippo’s, which calls itself the “Fun Food Company.” The ice cream features a buttered popcorn-flavored ice cream with a barbecue spice-infused caramel swirl and chocolatey pretzel pieces mixed in.
This is the retailer’s second LTO partnership in the past few months, joining Dulce De La Cruz ice cream, a caramel ice cream swirled with ribbons of caramel sauce.
Stewart’s expands pizza menu
Stewart’s Shops added another variety to its pizza menu, the company announced earlier this month.
The new spicy sausage and peppers pie features tangy sauce, mozzarella, bell peppers and spicy sausage.This addition joins a menu that already includes meat lovers, Buffalo chicken, bacon chicken ranch and cheesy garlic pizza.
Chester’s Chicken adds new cheesy option
Chester’s Chicken has added a new garlic parmesan flavor to its chicken lineup, according to the company’s website.
Customers can try the new, cheesy seasoning in either wing or chicken nugget forms.
The flavor will be available through Jan. 19, 2027.
