While July was one of the busiest months of 2026 for convenience retail executive moves, August was comparatively quiet. 

Only a few top leadership changes occurred last month, highlighted by the hiring of a new president at one of the most popular mid-size Southern operators with ambitious growth plans. Texas Born named Nate Brazier its new president as the chain looks to roughly double its footprint over the coming years.
