- LV Petroleum has acquired two more travel centers as the truck stop, convenience store and quick-service restaurant operator continues its busy 2026, the company announced last week.
- The acquisitions include TravelCenters of America locations in Rosenberg, Texas, roughly 35 miles southwest of downtown Houston, and South Coffeyville, Oklahoma, about 70 miles north of Tulsa.
- The deals follow LV opening the first Bojangles restaurant in Arizona, extending the Las Vegas-based company’s growth across several markets.

Both the Rosenberg and South Coffeyville locations operate under the TA Express banner, according to a statement from Robert Lay, LV’s senior vice president of retail operations. LV opened the Rosenberg location on Aug. 11 and acquired the South Coffeyville site on Aug. 25, according to the announcement.
The purchase prices for both locations were not disclosed.
"These acquisitions are about building a stronger network one market at a time," said Kris Roach, president and CEO of LV Petroleum, in the announcement. "Rosenberg and [South] Coffeyville give us two more opportunities to bring dependable service and long-term investment to the people who rely on these locations every day."
Las Vegas-based LV operates more than 90 travel centers and 30 convenience stores, in addition to QSRs representing more than 30 brands. The company is pursuing a current goal of operating 100 travel centers, the company shared earlier this month.
On the restaurant side, LV also opened a new Sbarro pizza shop in Hillsboro, Texas, and its 12th Bojangles, which opened in Las Vegas, in August according to the announcement.
The company has expanded both its retail and restaurant operations following a leadership shakeup this year. Roach was promoted from chief operating officer to president and CEO in April, succeeding founder Guy Madmon. A month later, LV appointed a new vice president of brand, mobility and risk and hired a new chief talent officer and senior marketing director.
